On Wednesday, November 5, 2003, Deputy Douglas Olt was assigned to Judge Jeffrey Froelich's courtroom for docket. Attorney C. Douglas Copley was conferring with his client, Mr. Warren Storey, when Copley alleges Deputy Olt became discourteous, unprofessional and began to "yell" at him.
